Chad understands the people business. Trained in Human Resources, Chad is a strategic and innovative HR Business Partner focused on driving performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. As PeopleOps Manager, Chad is a hands-on team player who thrives on tough challenges and turns visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals which he then systemizes and governs to drive excellence. This approach has freed Chad up to invest time and energy on CSpring’s most important asset – our people. Chad is a dedicated, performance leader who takes the time to listen and connect with our staff and clients alike. His approach and tenacity has largely contributed to CSpring’s recognition as a Best Place to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber and a Top Workplace in Indy by the Indy Star. Chad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Resources from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Amberton University. In his free time, Chad loves spending time with his wife, Mew, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
