  • Cynthia Pizarro

    Cynthia Pizarro

    President

    Cynthia began her career working as a programmer for a Fortune 500 company. Two years later, she joined one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in the country and began building high-performance technology teams and delivering solutions. It was there that Cynthia found her passion for serving others and unlocking potential with technology. When Cynthia founded CSpring over a decade ago, she knew that giving business leaders improved access to their data was critical to delivering success to customers. Since then, CSpring has grown into a team of over 50 professionals who are transforming businesses and disrupting industries by helping leaders manage, automate, and govern data effectively. In addition to leading CSpring, Cynthia has founded two software start-ups. She is also active in the community and serves on the boards of trueU, Orr Fellowship, Purposeful Living Inc., and is a 500 Circle Member with the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation. She and her family live in Carmel, Indiana and are active members of College Park Church.

    Emma Myers

    Chief of Staff

    Emma has spent her entire career moving up the ladder at fast-paced, people-centric, growth-minded, tech companies. Emma is an energetic and optimistic yet disciplined entrepreneur at heart. She has served in roles with recruiting, sales, marketing, product management, customer relations, management, and operations. Today, Emma serves as Chief of Staff at CSpring where she is involved in all aspects of the business from strategy development to implementation and management oversight. Emma is an Indianapolis native with a degree in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She and her husband, Justin, live in Fishers, IN with their son, Jack, and two dogs.

    Manager, PeopleOps

    Chad understands the people business. Trained in Human Resources, Chad is a strategic and innovative HR Business Partner focused on driving performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. As PeopleOps Manager, Chad is a hands-on team player who thrives on tough challenges and turns visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals which he then systemizes and governs to drive excellence. This approach has freed Chad up to invest time and energy on CSpring’s most important asset – our people. Chad is a dedicated, performance leader who takes the time to listen and connect with our staff and clients alike. His approach and tenacity has largely contributed to CSpring’s recognition as a Best Place to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber and a Top Workplace in Indy by the Indy Star. Chad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Resources from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Amberton University. In his free time, Chad loves spending time with his wife, Mew, traveling, cooking, and gardening.

    Dustin Elery

    Practice Director, Data & Analytics

    Dustin is a Business Intelligence Architect, Developer, and Team Lead with a passion for solution development, continuous improvement, and a gritty approach to problem solving. As CSpring’s Practice Director over Data & Analytics, Dustin conceptualizes and implements outcomes that are innovative and agile while creating exceptional customer experiences. Long before Dustin discovered his affinity for leveraging data to improve business results, he served in roles within management, restaurant operations, sales, and finance. As a result of these experiences, Dustin is able to understand the challenges of business leaders from their perspectives. This experience is foundational to how he approaches solving business problems while leveraging just the right Business Intelligence tools. Dustin has earned an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in Data Analytics, Engineering, and Visualization from Butler University. Dustin is an Indianapolis native and lives on the north side of Indy with his girlfriend, Chelsea, and their two dogs.

    Marty Goode

    Principal Consultant, Lead Advisor/Architect

    Marty is a passionate technologist who thrives when providing process and technology guidance to organizations. As a Principal Consultant and Lead Advisor/Architect, Marty leverages over 20 years of technology experience including 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, design and implementation of secure, reliable and performant cloud, on premises and hybrid solutions. His experience spans Enterprise Data Cloud, Biotech, Chemical, Financial, Insurance, Mortgage, Airline, Oil, Technology, Utility, Government, Pharmaceutical Software and Consulting industries having served in roles such as Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Data Architect, Database/Datastore Manager and Administrator, Database Team Lead, Database Practice Lead, Systems Analyst and Developer. Marty enjoys mentoring, teaching and training others as part of his role. Marty earned a BS in Computer Science and BA in Music Performance from Butler University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Oracle Users Group. Marty was born and raised in Indianapolis. He and his wife, Jennifer, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.

    Brian Minor

    Principal Consultant, Government Analytics

    Brian’s expertise in business intelligence is complimented by his love for people. He’s a natural-born consultant adept and listening for issues and developing solutions that are equally sensitive to addressing technical, process, and people challenges. With over 20 years of experience in project management, requirements gathering, database modeling, development and support, Brian is proficient in an assortment of technologies, including Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server Database and BI, UNIX, OBIEE, and Tableau. He loves working with people, building teams, mentoring others, and having a good laugh. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from IUPUI and, additionally, has completed extensive training in leadership, Tableau, and System Engineering. Brian is an Indianapolis native and lives with his wife Cheveria and their two children in Indianapolis.
