Cynthia Pizarro

Cynthia has a passion for people, potential, and purpose. Evidence of her people-first mentality is easily seen in CSpring’s culture, mission, values, and processes. After beginning her career as a programmer, Cynthia found her ideal role at a high-growth, consulting firm where she became involved in building teams and opening up new offices. It was the perfect training ground to prepare her for launching her own firm in 2006 and building it into what CSpring is today: an organization comprised of energetic, positive, data-literate professionals who are transforming businesses and disrupting industries by helping leaders collect, manage, automate, and govern data effectively. In addition to leading CSpring, Cynthia has founded two software start-ups. She also serves on the boards of the Orr Fellowship, YWAM San Diego/Baja, and Purposeful Living Inc. Cynthia graduated from Miami University, lives in Carmel, IN, and is powered by faith, family, and coffee.
