Jon Melendorp

Jon has a passion for partnering with organizations to realize their digital transformation objectives through radical customer centricity supported by deep technical excellence. This approach flows from the breadth and depth of his career working to empower transformation from within organizations, as a consultant partnering with organizations, as well as 8+ years of experience leading consulting practices delivering on these goals. He has a track record of, and a continued commitment to, building strong teams with a cultural commitment to clients, their goals, and the craft of Data and AI. Jon spent much of his formative years in Indianapolis and has once again called central Indiana home since moving back in 2005. Jon earned his bachelor’s degree from Taylor University and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, listening to music and comedy, and cycling.
