For nearly 25 years Ryan has dedicated his career to transforming digital operations within businesses, ushering in a new wave of strategies, practices, and innovations, all while building diverse teams with a human-centric viewpoint. No stranger to shaping company culture, Ryan has found success in managing teams of all sizes. Interested in understanding people and how they interact with technology, Ryan evaluates not only data but also mindsets, inspirations, and driving forces using an authentic, high-energy personality. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University as well as an MBA from Indiana University. Outside of work, Ryan is purposeful about spending time with his family and enjoys serving on all things music and music-technology related at his church.
